Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 3 clove Garlic Peeled
  • 4 tablespoons Romano or Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend oil, pine nuts, garlic and basil in a blender or food processor.
  • Put mixture in a bowl and add Romano or Parmesan Cheese.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss with pasta and veggies “as is” or mix with cream to make a cream sauce with a light pesto flavor.
