Spinach Quiche

Spinach quiche made the easy way. You can use store bought pie crust or make our easy pie crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 package Frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 ounce Muenster Cheese Shredded
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon each of Nutmeg, Dry Mustard and Ginger
  • 1 9" Pie Crust You can use store bought

Instructions
 

  • Cook and drain spinach in a clean towel or milk bag.
  • Shred the Muenster cheese.
  • Chop onion and saute in Olive Oil until clear. Let cool.
  • Then mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a 9” pie crust.
  • Bake in 350º oven for 60 minutes.
  • Serve with side vegetable.
