Muenster Cheese Shredded

Olive Oil

Whole Milk

each of Nutmeg, Dry Mustard and Ginger

9" Pie Crust
You can use store bought
Instructions
Cook and drain spinach in a clean towel or milk bag.
Shred the Muenster cheese.
Chop onion and saute in Olive Oil until clear. Let cool.
Then mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a 9” pie crust.
Bake in 350º oven for 60 minutes.
Serve with side vegetable.
