box of Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta
14.5
oz
can of Petite Diced Tomatoes

Onion
diced
1
tbl. of Olive Oil
Extra Virgin
1/2
Red Bell Pepper
diced
1
Zucchini
diced
1.5
cups
of Broccoli Flowers
1/2
cup
of Heavy Cream
1
Clove
of Garlic
1/4
cup
of Shredded 6 Cheese Italian Mix
1/4
cup
of Fresh Mozzarella
pearl type
A small bunch of Fresh Basil
chopped
Black Pepper to taste.
Instructions
Start to cook Pasta.
In a separate large pan sauté onion & red bell pepper in oil until tender.
Add Zucchini, Broccoli & Tomatoes. Add Basil & Black Pepper. Cover.
Cook until the pasta is ready. About 8 minutes.
Mix in the Heavy Cream. Heat for 1 minute while you're straining the pasta.
Now mix the pasta in the large pan with the sauce and mix it all good.
Add the shredded cheese & Mozzarella pearls & stir.
You're ready to serve.
