moroccan spiced potatoes

Roasted Moroccan Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbl olive oil
  • 2 lbs potatoes diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • mix all the spices together
  • add potatoes to a plastic bag
  • then add the oil and the spice mix to bag to coat the potatoes
  • spread the potatoes on a greased baking sheet
  • bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
