Whole Wheat Pasta Primavera

This recipes is not for dieters. I usually serve it at intimate dinner parties.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz box of Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta
  • 14.5 oz can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 tbl. of Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Zucchini diced
  • 1.5 cups of Broccoli Flowers
  • 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1/4 cup of Shredded 6 Cheese Italian Mix
  • 1/4 cup of Fresh Mozzarella pearl type
  • A small bunch of Fresh Basil chopped
  • Black Pepper to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Start to cook Pasta.
  • In a separate large pan sauté onion & red bell pepper in oil until tender.
  • Add Zucchini, Broccoli & Tomatoes. Add Basil & Black Pepper. Cover.
  • Cook until the pasta is ready. About 8 minutes.
  • Mix in the Heavy Cream. Heat for 1 minute while you're straining the pasta.
  • Now mix the pasta in the large pan with the sauce and mix it all good.
  • Add the shredded cheese & Mozzarella pearls & stir.
  • You're ready to serve.
