Homemade Almond Milk
Store bought almond milk has other ingredients that were not agreeing with me. So I started experimenting with various recipes and came up with this one. Requirement: a high-speed blender like Vita Mix or Ninja.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Raw Almonds organic
- 3 cups of filtered water
- 1 tsp of Pure Vanilla
- 1 tsp of Stevia
- A Nut Bag
Instructions
- Soak the almonds in filtered water overnight.
- In the morning, stain and rinse the almonds.
- Put in the blender with the remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes.
- Place your nut bag in a bowl and pour your blended almond mixture into the bag and squeeze out the milk.
- Discard the almond pulp.
- Place your almond milk in a glass container.
- It will keep in the Refrigerator for 3 days.
