Ingredients
- 1 can Crushed Tomatoes 28 oz.
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp bunch Fresh Basil chopped Use Parsley as a substitute
- Black pepper to your taste
- 1 teaspoon Romano or Parmesan Cheese Grated fine
Instructions
- In a saucepan on medium heat, start with 1 tbl of Olive Oil and chopped garlic until the garlic is aromatic. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Then add the crushed tomatoes.
- Add freshly chopped basil, black pepper and 1 tsp of grated Romano Cheese.
- Reduce heat to low and let cook for 30 minutes
