Homemade Almond Milk

Store bought almond milk has other ingredients that were not agreeing with me. So I started experimenting with various recipes and came up with this one. Requirement: a high-speed blender like Vita Mix or Ninja.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of Raw Almonds organic
  • 3 cups of filtered water
  • 1 tsp of Pure Vanilla
  • 1 tsp of Stevia
  • A Nut Bag

Instructions
 

  • Soak the almonds in filtered water overnight.
  • In the morning, stain and rinse the almonds.
  • Put in the blender with the remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes.
  • Place your nut bag in a bowl and pour your blended almond mixture into the bag and squeeze out the milk.
  • Discard the almond pulp.
  • Place your almond milk in a glass container.
  • It will keep in the Refrigerator for 3 days.
