This is a good side dish with roasted vegetables or a veggie burger.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup Bulgur Wheat Uncooked
  • 1/3 cup Basmati Rice Uncooked
  • 1/3 cup Quinoa Uncooked
  • 1/4 cup Onions Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 ounce Walnuts Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Sauté chopped onions in Olive oil until transparent.
  • Add the onion soup then the remaining ingredients except for the walnuts, add them in the last few minutes.
  • Simmer until all the liquid is incorporated.
  • About 20 minutes.
