This is a good side dish with roasted vegetables or a veggie burger.

3 Grain Pilaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/3 cup Bulgur Wheat Uncooked
- 1/3 cup Basmati Rice Uncooked
- 1/3 cup Quinoa Uncooked
- 1/4 cup Onions Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
- 1 ounce Walnuts Chopped
Instructions
- Sauté chopped onions in Olive oil until transparent.
- Add the onion soup then the remaining ingredients except for the walnuts, add them in the last few minutes.
- Simmer until all the liquid is incorporated.
- About 20 minutes.
